Hướng dẫn mua hàng

Buying at Audio Labs is very simple, no account login required.
Please follow these 4 steps:

Step 1. Select a product and Place an Order

After learning the product information, At each purchase you need:

  1. Click the “+” or “–” sign to increase or decrease the number of products to order, or you can enter the digits directly as the number of products to buy;
  2. Then click ADD TO CART button, immediately the product is added to the CART; You do the same with other products to buy.

Step 2. Check the cart

After completing the selection of products, you can check the cart to see if you have placed the correct requirements, or need to add or decrease the quantity of a certain product; Looking at the top right hand side of the web page you will see a CART icon and click (click) on it, or click the VIEW CART button;

On the page that appears; Here you see the name, quantity, total price, shipping types… you can delete, add or remove products, choose the type of shipping. Then click UPDATE CART so that the system recalculates the price of each item as well as the entire order

Step 3. Select the type of delivery and payment

After checking the order, you click the PAYMENT button to go to the payment page as shown and you need to do 3 things:

  1. Fill in customer information: you need to fill in accurate information in the fields marked *
  2. Choose a delivery method: In this section, there are 2 options:
    • Pick up at the store,
    • Delivery to your home (inner Hanoi, suburbs of Hanoi, provinces) with 3 shipping charges added to the total cost of the order (the system automatically reverts to free shipping if the value is orders >= 300,000 VND).
    • Other Country: We will contact you via Email to confirm the order.
  3. Choose a payment method: you have 3 payment methods
    • Thanh toán trực tiếp tại cửa hàng,
    • Thanh toán qua tài khoản ngân hàng,
    • Thanh toán tại nhà khi nhận hàng COD (miễn phí thu tiền các bạn ở nội thành Hà Nội, phí 1 – 1,5% / tổng đơn hàng nếu bạn ở ngoại thành, và các tỉnh khác).

Bước 4. Hoàn thành đơn hàng
Bạn nhấn nút ĐẶT HÀNG và đợi trong giây lát để hệ thống hoàn thành đơn đặt hàng và gửi mail xác nhận vào hòm thư của bạn.
